What will your responsibilities be?

• Responsible for the management of all acoustic engineering activities within the Seat Structure & Mechanism organization:
o defining future strategy for acoustics (including definition of future requirements for power stations and acoustic quality)
o motor development at suppliers,
o acoustic equipment design and build for plants and testing (hardware, software),
o sign off for in house and external buy power mechanics and its applications during the different design phases
o launch and production support in respect to acoustic.
• Responsible for leading the team of sounds & vibration engineers

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• University degree in electrotechnics field or equivalent job experience
• Min. 5 years of experience in sounds & vibration
• Experience in automotive is an advantage
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Fluent English
• High level of communication, presentation, and decision-making skills

• Base monthly salary starting from 3000 Eur gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert.
