What will your responsibilities be?

Overall responsibility for initial invoice handling, including
• Sorting and scanning of incoming invoices
• Validation and quality check of scanned invoices
• Archiving of invoice batches
• Preparing and sending rejection letters to suppliers
• Solving urgent requests from suppliers, production plants and other departments

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• Secondary education with school-leaving examination
• English language B1/B2
• No prior job experience required, internal promotion possible
• General accounting knowledge
• SAP knowledge and technical skills are advantage
• Team-player, detail-oriented, precise
