Job description, responsibilities and duties
The role of Finance Analyst is to ensure accurate system settings related to Accounts Payable area. The successfull candidate must be able to understand basic principles of internal approval policy and keep system settings accordingly.
Your responsibilities:
• Support with daily operational activities related to system maintenance
• Ensure system settings in accordance with company approval policy
• Support of Internal Audit request related to team activities area
• Coordinate the implementation of new procedures and projects in entrusted area
• Support Month end close activities
• Reaching of established Key Performance Indicators
• Actively contribute to departmental initiatives/process improvements to enhance the overall department’s effectiveness
• Active communication with internal customers in order to resolve requests effectively
• Ad-hoc tasks according to requirements of the business
Your qualifications:
• University degree (Bachelor/Master, Finance, Business, or Engineering desired)
• 1-2 years experiences preferably in Accounts Payable area or another finance role is a plus
• English at a communicative level
• SAP: Basic transactions (advantage, not obligatory)
• Excel: Intermediate
• Power BI or Power Automate is a plus
• Good Time management skills and communication skills
• Analytical thinking
