Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our Business Center in Bratislava (Slovakia) we are currently seeking to recruit a
Manager Finance – RTR FX, GL & ICO
Responsibilities
• Leads specific teams covering Intercompany, GL &MEC and Foreign Exchange Management
• Supports achievement of specific goals set up for the related areas
• Sets up the appropriate team structure to support the above
• Manages, motivates and develops team members
• Supports the timely reporting of key financial information; monitors the performance and quality of the activities based on the agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”)
• Guarantees compliance with BOS procedures for all team / group members
• Timely supports any relevant requests from external as well as internal compliance/audit partners
• Drives and supports improvements and developments of financial/accounting processes
• Formulates and administers approved accounting processes
• Ensures increased efficiency, automation and process simplification (where applicable)
• Supports resolution of identified process issues; drives root cause analysis and process improvements
• Supports escalation process
• Develops effective communication with related business partners
• Supports regular operational and headcount reviews, including profit plan preparation and review
• Drives meaningful continuous monitoring
• Ensures and monitors smooth Month-end-close process
Requirements
• Degree in economics graduated in business administration/ management especially accounting, finance, controlling professional experience focussing on Finance/ Accounting
• Min 6 years in an industrial company, preferably in the automotive sector, operational and strategic involvement
• US-GAAP-Experience
• Finance Analysis
• Experience with MS-Office, SAP & Hyperion experience
• English - B2
