Part - Time Student Financial Planning & Reporting

Organizational area & location:

Assignment via student contract within the Complete Seat Business Group, Adient’s biggest Unit in Europe
Based in Bratislava Business Centre
Working closely with Senior Analyst Financial Planning & Reporting

Job tasks:

Collecting and consolidating various financial data in MS Excel from approximately 28 different production plants across Europe
Communicating and coordinating Group requirements with the production plants
Assisting with the preparation, consolidation and analysis of financial reports in Excel during the month-end close process, outlook and profit plan
Learning and getting exposure to the financials of the plants and the Business Group
Monthly Profit & Loss Statement
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statement
Capital Expenditures
Prepare new financial templates in Excel that are linked to the Oracle Financial Reporting system (HFM)
Support on various ad-hoc activities based on changing business needs

Requirements:

Finance, Accounting or Economic academic background preferred (or at least a major interest in these field of studies)
Strong quantitative and analytical competency, working and analyzing financial data
Prior experience with MS Office, in particular with Excel recommended
Fluent in English
Excellent mindset and organizational ability

Future development:

Willingness to grow and learn within the Finance Department
Learning and understanding specific aspects of automotive supply and manufacturing environment
Flexible part time (60 hours) with the ability to increase working hours (up to 100 hours)
If successful in the role, and based on availability, possibility to continue the career within the FP&A Department
