What can you expect?

Support with daily accouting operations. Support Month end close activities. Reaching of established Key performance indicators. Ad-hoc tasks according to requirements of business. Team is consist from 14 team members with focus on regions EMEA, APAC and America.

What will your responsibilities be?

Bank statement posting on daily basis
Allocation of cash transactions
Clearing of outgoing payments with AP postings
Clearing of Treasury transfers
Investigation of unallocated payments
Finalize all postings in foreign currency to old posting period
Cash pooled analysis
Posting of accruals
Bank reconciliations in accordance with SOX GL matrix
Cash pool reconciliations
Supporting business with bank confirmation letters/proof of payments

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Financial education: Experience in accounting/financial position ideally for at least 1 year but also suitable for fresh graduates with relevant economic education/training
English: Intermediate
SAP: Basic transactions (advantage, not obligatory)
Excel: Intermediate
Good Time management skills and communication skills
Analytical thinking
Team player
