For our Business Center in Bratislava (Slovakia) we are currently seeking to recruit a

Sr IT Solution Architect

Your responsibilities:

Leads quality related activities for the Enterprise Integration ( EI ) team and provides accountability through:
Functional requirement reviews and signoff
Impact analysis documentation
Technical design reviews and signoff
Unit test plan reviews and signoff
Acts as the primary SME for the EI platforms along with interfaces to external applications and provides input to:
Production support analysis for both Platform Management and Solution Delivery for critical and / or complex issues
Design work for EI development activities and deliverables
Other team’s functional and technical design activities when they are required to interface with EI Solution Delivery team to help drive high quality functional specifications and proper requirement direction
Is responsible for the proof of concepts (POC) and technical roadmap activities for EI and assuring that any new development being done to the platform aligns with the roadmap
Works closely with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team to assure the EI team is correctly aligned with EA direction
Creates and presents EI Solution Architecture proposals with multiple implementation options to the SDP team when incoming requirements propose a:
Change in System Architecture
Change in messaging to external applications
Stays up to date on IBM, Boomi, Artemis, APIGEE and middleware Best Practices and new technology developments
Executes POCs, documents the outcome and drives implementation and standardization of these where applicable within the EI team
Looks for cost saving / quality improvement opportunities
Performs required analysis of options and calls out pros and cons of each options and suggest a best option
Presents the potential solutions / enhancements to both technical and nontechnical audiences

Your qualifications:

Demonstrate excellent communication skills able to communicate complex scenarios with both technical and nontechnical audiences
Able to lead initiatives from idea to production implementation
Able to understand and digest complex. multi-tier, integrated software systems
Able to think critically under pressure
Able to solve problems and be problem focused
Able to decompose complex systems to facilitate communication, trouble shooting, and impact analysis
Demonstrate passion for process standardization and IT excellence
5 to 8 years of middleware technologies, IIB, MQ, Artemis, Boomi
3 to 5 years of API design, development, and management
2 to 3 years of Java, Java script and Python
2-3 years of experience with Load testing and volume testing
1-2 years of experience with monitoring tools Splunk, Manage engine.
