Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our Business Center in Bratislava (Slovakia) we are currently seeking to recruit a
Fleet manager
Your responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end strategic sourcing process for Fleet globally (+$23M in annual spend)
Drive purchasing initiatives to deliver cost savings by ensuring Final Settlement is properly done, evaluation of recalculation options, regular benchmarking globally and identifying innovative solutions for mobility concepts in alignment with global travel team.
Be active part of cross-functional process team and support the set up of clear and standardized specifications, processes, and procedures to deliver requirements for assigned categories
Establish robust KPI system and reporting for purchasing KPIs and support cross-divisional reporting by providing required data. Manage the fleet database and lead improvement ideas.
Effectively manage category supply base by establishing strong vendor relationships, managing complex negotiations, and overseeing a thorough selection process for key suppliers
Ensure implementation of new contracts throughout organization
Identify and evaluate market changes and new technologies as category leader
Deliver fact-based recommendations for adoption by Adient stakeholders
Communicate progress and results to senior management and stakeholder community
Your qualifications:
University graduate in an engineering/business discipline or equivalent job experience
Min. 5 years’ experience from purchasing department or relevant experience with fleet agenda
Fluent in English
Strong Communication skills
Strong Negotiation skills

Base gross monthly salary starting from 2400 EUR. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert
