For our Business Center in Bratislava (Slovakia) we are currently seeking to recruit a
Senior Professional Communications ( maternity cover )
Support the planning and implementation of the full range of internal, external and digital communication initiatives in the region Europe/Africa in alignment with regional Business strategies as well as global enterprise objectives.
Your responsibilities:
Bratislava local communication champion
Providing a comms. support for EMEA assigned countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Macedonia, Turkey, Romania, Serbia, Poland, Russia)
Being direct contact person for 50 plants out of that region, handling inquires
Managing the external Adient owned EMEA websites with US team (updates, ad hoc tasks, reviews )
Onboarding new countries into external websites projects
Managing the content of EMEA portal
Developing and posting portal stories and org. announcements to EMEA portal, tracking editorial calendar
Coordination of translation/proofreading projects
Social media agenda for EMEA region
Administrative assignments (requesting/managing Pos, problem solving with unpaid invoices etc., tracking EMEA Comms budget)
Managing distribution and plant lists
Your qualifications:
General studies, additional Marketing background
3 years experience in Communications department or Agency
Knowledge of PR- and communication tools
Preferably Knowledge of automotive industry and press
Preferably Good strategic background
Solid English copywriting skills
Digital communication tools / Social media experience
We offer you:
Base gross monthly salary starting from 2000 EUR. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert
