For our Business Center in Bratislava (Slovakia) we are currently seeking to recruit a

IT Asset Analyst

This position reports to the IT asset manager and is responsible for managing IT asset lifecycle, related administration, analysis and reporting duties. Part of the role is maintaining communication with BU IT and external vendors (HPEFS, HP, DELL). Executing all necessary work to fulfill department standard requirements and audit needs, delivering results on regular basis and based on its experience proposing improvements and final solutions. These functions will be performed for related assets that are under scope of asset management department. (e.g. servers, printers, network equipment, telephony equipment, etc…).

Your responsibilities:

Cooperation with BU IT related to asset lifecycle process
Handle and support the hardware ordering process; validation of internal requests; requesting lease proposals from lessors; submitting CARs (approval forms), place hardware order; evaluating of lease contract received from Lessor
Support asset lifecycle activities under asset management scope
Creating of purchase orders based on supporting documentation from hardware owners
Creating and updating data in database on daily basis – email requests and tickets
Contract management – monitoring lease and maintenance contract maturity dates – cooperating with hardware owners and external vendors
Decommission of physical and virtual machines – supporting the whole decom process including cooperation with lessor
Monitoring & analyzing hardware order and return procedure, working on improvements
Manage data integrity and accuracy – runs regular checks to have up to date information in database
Analyze repetitive cause dispute items, proposing final resolution
Runs regular audits to validate accuracy of hardware charges
Check billing hardware charges/credits to Adient locations
Provides analysis and reporting to management and BU IT on regular basis
Prepares documentation to satisfy internal and external auditing requests

Your qualifications:
Ability to work and communicate effectively with business personnel at all levels as well as with outside vendors and contractors
Advanced MS Excel
SAP experience
Previous experience with billing reconciliations, database maintenance and Ariba is the advantage
Positive customer service and team attitude (helping others when required)
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Enthusiastic, cooperative and positive behavior

Base gross monthly salary starting from 1500 EUR. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert
