For our Bratislava Business Center (Slovakia) we are seeking to recruit a

Project Manager

Function:

This position will support to completion the different phases of Finance Excellence. This initiative has global impact over business and central finance processes. All this with a broad objective of driving alignment, improvement and elimination where possible of transactions and processes.

Responsibilities:

-as a part of Finance Excellence team help to maintain global finance projects list.
-bridge various GBS / finance business partners as a single point of contact and facilitator for Business Relationship Manager & various other IT teams
- work with GBS (business) owners and SMEs to collect, clarify, and translate all business requirements into single documentation (SOR)
- partner with Business Relationship Managers and IT on Automation solutions focusing on Complexity Reduction
- drive alignment, improvement, global standardization and elimination of transactions/processes where possible.
- drive continuous decrease of manual transactions.
- rationalize existing Adient Legal entity and ledger structure.
- project manage other Cross functional projects through engagement with various functions, including CFS, Tax, Legal, IT, external parties etc.
- identification of CI process opportunities related to financial processes and implementation of these.
- drive and actively support appropriate change management to support successful process changes/improvements..
- identify opportunity in process alignment, eliminate inefficiencies through R&R analytics over selected areas
- own business case preparation for main Adient Central Finance and GBS IT/remediation/Process related projects.
- provide regular status reporting to defined stakeholders and GBS management team
- this role is also responsible for driving discussions around process policy change, as required
- coordination with Data Analytics and Continuous Improvement functions to establish analytical framework to measure finance processes on-going basis.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance and/or Business Administration with focus on financial reporting
- Deep knowledge of transactional processes in a global scale; previous ownership desired
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- HFM and SAP systems advanced knowledge
- Analytical mind set – multi cultural exposure
- Eventual business travel as required.
