For our EMEA HRBP organization we are currently seeking to recruit a

Senior HR Manager

Your responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering to Ops Director

HRBP for Ops Director and his/her team (Plant Managers)
Has basic understanding of: business model, core business processes, profit & loss structure, current and upcoming business challenges
Critical plants management

Defines critical plants & prepares Action plans together with local team and aligns them with business leadership
Identifies key stakeholders, creates and leads HR project team
Identifies HR related actions with business impact (e.g. actions to reduce Turnover & Absenteeism; improve Labor cost structure, increase efficiency; increase efficiency of Training and Hiring process; increase leadership capacity)
Manages execution of Action plans
New plant launches & Closures

Leads new country/region HR suitability analysis and provides HR advice to business, where to open a new plant
Set's up HR processes for new plants: creates HR launch team and supervises execution of Standard HR Concept for new plant launches (core HR processes, Hiring Center, Training Center, Training process, C&B structure, etc.)
Budgets labor cost and other HR related launch costs
Is responsible for training & onboarding of new HR team
Team Leadership

Functionally leads up to 10 HR Managers and their teams
Creates platform and environment that enables BBP sharing, exchange of ideas and collaboration between HR teams
Sets HR targets and priority areas for the plants in cooperation with local teams
HR Processes & Standards

Ensures plants follow the corporate standard HR Processes
Constantly seeks improvements in local and corporate standards
Actively collaborates with COEs to influence standards & process to fit the plants
Acts as interface between plant COE --> has ability to transfer plant's feedback into concrete proposals
Future focus

Actively seeks and shares BBPs within the HR team
Follows industry/market trends
Continuously seeks for improvement opportunities
Personal Skills and Experience:

Has previous experience as HR Manager, ideally during new plant launch
Has experience of leading/managing HR Managers
Has experience working in different cultures across different countries
Has ability to effectively communicate with various organization levels from Operators on shop-floor to Vice-President level
Feels at easy on the shop floor / can lead by example
Feels at easy in working with numbers / has ability to connect HR actions with financial impacts
Can manage complex projects effectively / Strong Project management skills
Has good networking skills / has abilities to create connections and build networks quickly
Has high level of organization skills / can flexibly adapt to frequent changes
Has ability to travel frequently (aprox. 50%)
Speaks fluent English. Any other European language is an advantage
This position can be based in any Adient location in CEE.
