To support our locations in Europe we are currently seeking to recruit a
Product Development Manager
Responsibilities:
• Management and coordination of VAVE (Value Added Value Engineering) in all 11 Trim + 13 Foam plants, analyze products that have been launched / optimize product value in respect of function, quality, weight and cost for all customers
• Management and coordination of Ergonomics – leading optimization process within Trim division in Europe in all 11 Trim plants
• Management and coordination of NTM (material optimization) process – leading activities within Trim division in Europe in all 11 Trim plants
• Management and coordination of AMS (Adient Manufacturing System E&T) process - leading activities within Trim division in Europe in all 11 Trim plants
Qualifications:
• High level communication, negotiation, organizational and presentation skills
• University/High school technical education
• At least 4 years of experience in automotive industry
• Willingness to travel (Slovakia, Czechia, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Morocco). Aprox. 30%.
• Experience with team management (international teams)
• High level English (C1)
• Knowledge of the Quality system IATF 16949 and ISO 14001
• Driving license B
