Senior Talent Management Specialist

The Talent Management Specialist supports key processes within the talent lifecycle including performance management, talent assessment, development and succession planning to help our talent reach their maximum potential and enable Adient achieve strong business results.

Responsibilities:

Drive day-to-day execution of global talent management programs
Lead Talent Management Processes, such as performance management, succession planning, talent assessment and leadership development
Conduct gap analysis and co-create targeted talent programs in cooperation with business unit HR functions
Build and manage development offerings and ensure that all necessary inputs from succession, talent, and performance management are in line with overall needs of the business
Provide subject matter expertise and advice for Region / Countries on talent management processes
Assist in group-wide HR projects and/or manage (sub)projects independently
Assist with maintaining and updating the Global Talent Management processes, tools, and materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, timely and cost-effective delivery to meet talent needs. These may include job aids, needs assessments, training materials, surveys, metrics, and intranet document management
Assist in developing and managing the evaluation, tracking and reporting of talent management metrics. Research benchmark data to ensure tracking aligns with industry best practices
Collaborate across the Global Talent Management team, other Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and the global HR team. Approach work with a mindset of continuous improvement, collaboration, customer focus, flexibility, positivity and engagement across the team.

Qualifications:
University degree in the field of Human Resources Management or Psychology; advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred
5+ years of professional experience in the field of Talent Management/Human Resources Development in an international environment
Experience in one or more of the following: Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Assessment or Leadership & Employee Development
Strong team orientation and collaboration skills
High learning agility
Flexible and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Attention to detail
Results driven and accountable
Profound knowledge and ability for data driven decision making, ensuring factual based selection in place with strong analytical foundation
Strong competence in standard software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Workday or other talent management software experience
*Fluent in business English, both oral and written, Additional language skills would be appreciated
