Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
Your responsibilities:
Collection of Conflict minerals data of Adient Products from internal sources and from external suppliers
Enter data into the internal and external Conflict minerals reporting tools (IPCMP, CXD, OEM supplier portals, etc.) as required.
Provide training to suppliers.
Respond to customer requests.
Escalate non-compliant suppliers to Procurement.
Ensure in time reporting of Conflict minerals status on request at agreed deadline using the agreed standard communication forms and tools.
Analyze and evaluate existing/incoming data records, communicate to internal customers about the status and requirements.
Ensure Conflict minerals compliance during the Product Development Process.
Identify opportunities for improvement of the Conflict minerals reporting process.
Your qualifications:
Basic knowledge of chemistry, materials, or chemical/process engineering
Experience with large datasets and databases
Fluent English
Communication skills on an appropriate level
German or French is an advantage
