For our Business Center in Bratislava (Slovakia) we are currently seeking to recruit a
Finance Analyst – AP Internal Controls
Job description, responsibilities and duties:
- Performing regular SOX and manual controls
- Reviewing the exceptions identified in Continuous Monitoring analytics
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation of GL vs. SL and other AP accounts based on the ARM (Account Responsibility Matrix)
- Resolution of exceptions and discrepancies based on control/reconciliation outputs
- Preparation of regular statistics and error reports
- Provide support to Auditors by preparing the required listings/samples and other supporting documentation

Job requirements:
- Familiarity with accounting and finance practices and principles
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in accounting (booking invoices, solving discrepancies)
- English - B2
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Proficiency with SAP / Dolphin is an advantage
- Ability to handle tight deadlines
- Reliable and detail oriented
