JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Bratislava Business Center we are currently seeking to recruit a
Accountant for Logistics
Job description:
- Close co-operation to Logistics purchasing department – create purchase orders for our logistics service providers (carriers) for the quarterly/yearly spend
- Check of incoming carrier invoices – coordinate + steer the approval process in line with the defined process
- Carrier account reconciliation
- Monitor current PO status vs incoming invoices
- Monitor in time payments of carriers
- Monitor, check analyze automatic payments
- Invoice creation to carriers for transport damages and other liabilities
- Generate monthly xcharge files towards (intercompany) plants
- Create & monitor x charges in internal Adient systems
- Follow up payments & clear out differences
- Generation of reports & KPIs
- Oversee the complete payment process, monitor process compliance and escalate if needed

Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in accounting
- Fluent level of English (B2)
- High knowledge in MS Office
- Experience with SAP finance is an advantage
- Team player, ability to work in an international environment
- Analytical character
- Cultural awareness
- Very good communication skills
