For our Trencin development centre, we are seeking for
Benchmarking specialist
Job description:
Planning and execution of feature analysis & teardown analysis for all planned seating programs w/ Adient Automotive ExperienceProviding and consulting /of/ characteristics & teardown data using Excel, Powerpoint and databases to support customer requests
Organizing teardown workshops in cooperation with local engineers and costs departmentSupporting Industrial Design, Marketing, PBUs, CBUs, Craftmanship and Engineering in early identification of innovative products and product trends globally
Maintaining, filling and further development of benchmarking database and responsibility for quarterly updatesCreateing all monthly / quarterly management reports
Procuring seat parts via the local dealer network as well as renting of vehiclesEstablishing close relation with costs department to ensure growth of commercial capabilities
Requirements:
Technical education needed
University degree is advantage
experience in the automotive industry is advantage
PC skills (MS Office
Technical skills in the automotive industry
Fluent English is mandatory, intermediate German advantageCustomer requirement (CR), including Customer specific requirements (CSR) knowledge based on job title for relevant customer projects)
