JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Bratislava Business Center we are currently seeking to recruit a
Receptionist
Job responsibilities: What we offer:
Greet all guests, visitors, vendors and employees visiting the site - notify hosts of guests arrival, via internal chat, phone and/or mobile phone,
Manage visitor temporary access card issue, keeping the list of cards (not) returned,
Mail matters and shipment administration, tracking and distributing in mail room,
Monitoring, reporting and communication of emergency, security and facility issues,
Booking of taxi services for Adient employees and visitors and providing local information (as required)
Provide refreshment services for meetings,
Booking visitor parking spots,
ensuring the kitchen and first aid supplementation,
ad hoc issues related to reception services.
