Account Financial Manager (m/f)
Job Overview:
Support the Hyudai-Kia SDT team by driving the right financial performance on launch and mid cycle programs and doing all of this with the right behaviors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting following global processes as assigned by management: accrual management and triggering events, LTA, Nominations, Pricing, cost verification, AR past dues, commercial accrual, etc.
- Responsible for tracking and driving launch financial performance.
- Responsible for all program financial aspects during the change management process including development of pricing strategies supporting customer negotiations.
- Drive commercial actions as assigned by management.
- Support sales goals.
- Drive planning and forecasting expectations for assigned programs.
- Support the financial report for top management
- Communicate key financial issues to your team.
- Support special projects as assigned.
- Intercompany price management.
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Your experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/accounting/business or related field
- Strong finance experience as e.g. Financial Analyst, Account Financial Manager, Plant Controller or similar.
- Fluent English required
- Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Knowledge and background in accounting principles is preferred.
- Ability to proactively interpret emerging customer needs
- Ability to work up, down, and across the organization effectively.
- Proficient experience with MS Office Tools.
- Proven interpersonal and teamwork skill
