For our Bratislava Business Center we are currently seeking to recruit a
 
Talent Acquisition Sourcer
 
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer on our team you are responsible for various projects to build the employment brand, pipeline top talent, conduct research projects on a specific market or group of competitors, and drive additional applicant flow through marketing activities. In addition to assisting with interview scheduling and new hire onboarding.
 
Your responsibilities:
 
Facilitating the interview and selection process
Engage with senior recruiters or managers to discuss candidate’s profiles
Ensure regular communication with the recruitment team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity
Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies
Identify process improvements
Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates
Produce timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or equivalent through experience
* Competence in developing digital candidate sourcing strategies
* Technology attitude - experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other direct sourcing tools
* Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
* Knowledge of Slovak language is not a must
* Excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural competence
