Job Description:
As part of the Finance team provides support to Product Group Complete Seat Europe Finance management, performs financial analysis, develops marketing volume plans and forecasts, provides required reporting at various levels and ensures accurate accounting and compliance.
Main Tasks:
Responsible for marketing volume planning and forecasting process (Europe/Africa region). Coordinate, review and consolidate Europe/Africa regions forecasts. Prepare monthly volume reports and analysis to the Senior Management.
Support Month-End Activities including consolidation and preparation of the monthly financial results. Work with the Business Unit leads to understand the drivers causing the budget versus actual variances.
Support all planning and forecasting cycles including consolidation and preparation of financial reports. Prepare reporting to the Senior Management.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting, set up various analysis, support development, preparation and distribution of management reports and prepare material for presentations.
Coordinate and consolidate, where appropriate all financial reporting.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Degree in Accounting / Finance / Controlling
* 2 - 3 years of experience in finance / controlling department
* Analytical, result driven and accurate
* Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Excel and experience with the Hyperion Financial management (HFM) system preferred
* Ability to travel and work extra hours as needed
* Fluent English
