Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our location in Trencin, we are currently seeking to recruit a
Quality Technician of Incoming Goods
External laboratories: supporting audits and customer approval; ensuring correct purchasing of services
Employee resource planning and training with regard to quality standards, interpretation of instructions and implementation of Quality Management instruments
Prepare necessary corrective actions, follow up, and verify corrective actions concerning defect products and (intern/extern) customer complaints
Record and analyze information concerning deficient delivery (variation of quality requirements) and provide feedback for the evaluation of the supplier
Set up test report specimens
Make up monthly reports and statistics
Support the verification/evaluation/release of suppliers and their test reports
Support measuring and test equipment maintenance (including new test instruments, control of the stock and compliance with the calibration interval)
Participation in internal audits
Implement the zero defect philosophy
Implement effective actions for continuous improvement (problem analysis, recognition and solution)
Livelink administration for local documents
Update and check local documents in livelink for Prototyping and Testing
BOS training for local departments
