Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our Bratislava Business Center we are currently seeking to recruit a
Part-time student
for our Head Office department.
Unbilled account cleaning – IC cross charge process
Solving aging and OOBs, Sales order creation, 3rd party invoices (Salary, travel, telecom, trainings, etc.)
Cost center expense controlling and reporting activities
Balance sheet and P/L review, SOX & reconciliations preparation
Pre-closing activities & Month end close activities – corrections, invoice approvals, etc.
Ad hoc – per request
Functional reporting to HO controller (different nationality – daily communication in English)
work in Multinational Team (1 of 16 teams within Head office department)
SAP accounting system experience, Excel formulas – both on daily basis
Flexible working hours (approx. 20h/week) – morning/afternoon – per further agreement
* Successful candidate to be led by one of skilled co-workers

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Studying business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting (not to be in a fifth year)
* Strong accounting background and accuracy MS-Office (Excel)
* strong analytical skills
* Advanced English (Business language), Another language is an advantage
