Senior Product Engineer
Job description:
Your role is to lead the projects from concept phase – quotation - up to serial production
Your creativity and innovation thinking is demonstrated on the new products and concepts that improves the safety and comfort of the seats
You will manage the team of Design engineers to transform the ideas into 3D models in Catia or UG
As a part of the SDT team you will be respossible to provide all project deliveralbles on the time according the project time plan
To have the project budget under control, to react on the new scope changes and cooperate with functional lead /manager to prepare the change management will be one of your task
Direct communication and visits of the customers, suppliers, leading of the project meetings and logical problem solving is that what we expect
* Be part of the progressive team to win an new businesses, to exceed the customer expectation of the new products

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Degree in mechanical engineering (or other similar area)
* At least 3 years experience in Automotive
* Knowledge of any 3D software
* Customer orientated approach
* Fluent English, knowledge of German language is an advantage
* Good communication skills
