Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our location in Trencin, we are currently seeking to recruit a
Prototype Coordinator
You responsibilities:
Schedule all internal and external prototype requirements
Maintain prototype schedules during project life cycle
Maintain prototype tracking list - materials and delivery tracking
Carry out calculations per prototype and monitor to sales
Support change management by acting as interface between engineering, customer and supplier
Coordinate all internal department to assure timing for all prototypes
Ensure on-time deliveries of customer orders and on-time materials procurement
Inventory control and management, optimizing of inventories
Analyze customer forecast
Forecasting for planning capacities and materials (in-house, suppliers) incl. containers, tools, manpower, machinery
Check BOM and other Parameters in Materials System (MFG/Pro) in case of product changes, new product launches and run-outs
In case of model changes: discuss run-out planning, clean supply chain, prepare eventual claims towards customer

Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Education: technical high school
* Previous experience as a Buyer / BOM Analyst / Material Disponent at production company
* Advanced level of English
* German language is an advantage
* Computer skills: Excel – Advanced (Pivot tables, VlookUp, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP
