Our Prototype Production Department in Trenčín development center is currently rapidly growing. That is why we are looking for an experienced manager open to a new challenge on position
Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Running day to day business of the production
Adient Manufacturing System Implementation
Running day to day business of the Quality department
Management of Warehouse and Expeditor Staff
Financial Management
Capacity Planning
Cooperation with Customer and Product Group
People management, staff level management, development of subordinates
Flexible working planning, JIT manpower and holiday planning
Responsibility for Health and Safety issues
Assisting with quoting new business
Regular reporting
KPI target setting
Plant KPI target completion
* Continuous Improvement Target adherence

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Preferably technical university education
* Previous experience from production environment on level of Operations Manager/ Production Manager
* Active knowledge of English language, German is an advantage
* Systematical approach combined with good time management
* Strong people management skills
* Open to new challenges, in love with achieving high-set targets
* Previous experience with greenfield projects is an advantage
