Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a candidate for our newly created position of Virtual entity – scope of work is to co-operate with Resin suppliers and Injection molders (to Agree Resin prices with Resin producers directly and direct the Resin Grad/Cost to our Plastic suppliers including MEC activities). We are looking for a candidate with accounting and analytical skills for position of Sr. financial analyst, where your responsibility would include:
• Direct reporting line to HO controller in BBC
• Creation of Purchase orders, co-operation with both parties
• Purchase orders approval activities
• Unbilled costs billing/clean up
• Reporting activities
• Balance sheet and Income statement review and reconciliations preparation
• Month end close activities
• More activities to be handed over directly in Hannover (Business trip)

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
• Min 2 years in the Accounting department of an industrial company, preferably in the automotive sector or in an accounting firm
• SAP advantage, MfG Pro (advantage), HFM
• Strong accounting skills (AP, AR, IC, GR, IR, Inventories)
• Dolphin, MPR tool, AP/AR voucher, BBC processes
• Analytical thinking, problem solving
• EPIC – optional
• MS Office – strong Excel skills
• Languages: German language – required, English language
• Drop shipment training to be covered in Hannover (Germany)
