Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our Bratislava Business Center we are currently seeking to recruit a Senior HR SSC Analyst for HR SSC department.
Your responsibilities:
Leadership skills – act as a manager deputy in case of her absence
Provide specialized support on inquiries to employees Europe and APAC region.
Support process requests within HR applications/systems
Process semi-complex data request
Generate and distribute regular and recurring standard reports
Escalate cases to specific departments
Work with HR departments, Center of Expertise – COE, Learning Academies to support special requests and changes in HR processes and tools, and/or implementation of new services
Create and update Work Instructions, Procedures, Training Material, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) documents, and other type of documentation
Meet compliance regulations according to internal and external audits
Participate in continues improvement initiatives and projects

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Bachelor or Master Degree
* Desirable 1 year of experience in administrative functions supporting Customers or as Back Office support
* Desirable experience in handling HR applications (Workday, PeopleSoft)
* Ability to handle information and data bases
* Strong English skills. Preferable to have one other European languages skills like French, German, Portuguese, Italian
* Customer Service focus and ability to understand and develop successfully partnerships
* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability of organization and prioritization of tasks
* Proactive attitude
* Resilient to stress and change environments
* Decision Taking Skills
* Desirable 1 year of experience in administrative functions supporting Customers or as Back Office support
