Quality Engineer

Job description and responsibilities

- Customer´s claims management, returns analyses, root cause investigation, corrective and preventive action implementation
- Processing of supplier claims, recording of costs, reviewing 8D reports from suppliers and monitoring corrective actions
- Monitoring production, performing analyses and process audits. Scrap rate analysis and tracking of corrective actions
- Preparation and update of process documentation (Control plans, Flow charts, working instructions, forms, and related procedures)
- Preparation of training plans, improving the qualification of employees in the field of quality
- Responsible for the implementation of MSA on measuring fixtures and gauges. Analyses, evaluates and accepts measuring equipment, including metrology management
- Participating for internal, supplier, customer, and certification audits
- Update and maintain Quality Management System documentation in accordance with ISO14001, ISO 13485 and IATF16949
- Supporting the project phase of new projects into series production

Requirements for employee

- English – advanced
- Relevant experience in automotive quality field at least 5 years
- Strong technical, engineering and communication skills in global automotive environment.
- Knowledge of system IATF 16949 (must), ISO 14001, ISO 13485 (advantage)
- Certified internal auditor ISO 19011 and relevant skills
- Internal product & process auditing experiences based on VDA 6.3
- Automotive tools skills (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, FMEA)
- Problem solving analysis skills with a logical and methodical approach (8D, 5Why, Cause/Effect Diagram)
- Experiences with VW group OEMs, Stellantis, Ford (welcomed)
- Work with PC (package MS OFFICE) & ERP by advantage.
- Good communication and cooperation skills
