Financial Accountant

In order to reinforce its financial team, ADHEX TECHNOLOGIES SLOVAKIA s.r.o. an affiliate of the Adhex Group, is looking for its new Senior Accountant.

Under the direct supervision of the ADHEX TECHNOLOGIES SLOVAKIA s.r.o. Finance Manager, you will help the team to ensure that our company’s records are accurate and timely and company's finance systems and processes can support affiliate business growth.

Day to day, you’ll be in charge of:
• Managing general, auxiliary, and analytical accounting, day-to-day operations
• Preparing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Preparing monthly financial reporting, in accordance with local and Group standards
• Preparing statutory financial statements
• Preparing tax declaration
• Preparing the cash-flow forecasts
• Providing specific analysis to Top management
• Proactively and efficiently managing links with entity’s external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, insurances, banks) and support the preparation of the corresponding documentation for review by the external auditors.
• Proactively working on automating the processes and tasks in the spirit of continuous improvement process
• Controling intrastat and preparing VAT
• Becoming an ERP key user, being able to support all operational users
