Sales engineer

You will be responsible for the development of the German and East Europe markets and will be the main contact for the technical teams of your customers on their sites.

You are in charge of developing the ADHEX product portfolio with customers (mainly OEMs and tiers 1 ): foam and thermoplastics watershield, die-cut pieces and joints (both thin and thick), technical labels, decorative parts, adhesive solutions, damping material.

To achieve this, you are in direct contact with customers (design & purchasing department, production - assembly, etc.) to promote ADHEX products, identify opportunities, obtain specifications and pass on all useful information to draw up offers.

With the sales manager, you ensure a good communication with the technical teams of the different European sites (France, Slovakia and Spain) : You will coordinate product development projects with the ADHEX development department and liaise with the customer until the products are launched in series.

You are force of proposal with the customer but also within Adhex teams to succeed in the development of new products.

Experience in sales require, preferrably with German OEM.
