Finance Manager

Adhex Technologies Slovakia, an affiliate of the Adhex Group, is looking for its new Financial Manager.
Under the direct supervision of the Adhex Technologies Plant Manager and Finance Director, you will help the team to ensure that our company’s records are accurate and timely and company's finance systems and processes can support affiliate business growth.
Day to day, you’ll be:
• Managing a team of two people
• Performing balance sheet and appendix analysis, such as trade receivables (incl. aging balance), financial debt and financial expenses, cash-flow, tax proof, equity analysis, etc. to ensure the accuracy of our company’s records.
• Providing specific analysis to Top management
• Proactively and efficiently managing links with the entity’s external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, insurances, banks) and support the preparation of the corresponding documentation for review by the external auditors.
• Analyzing the performance of the affiliate with the aim to:
• Review entity forecasts and plans
• Manage taxes and legal requirements
• Review reporting of actual results, analyzing them, including business & industrial understanding
• Be involved in preparing monthly, forecast, plan and ad-hoc presentations to Affiliate top management
• Manage the existing sets of KPIs and use them for financial analysis
• Proactively working on automating the processes and tasks in the spirit of continuous improvement process
• Acting as a strong business partner in the area of HR administration
• Becoming an ERP key user, being able to support all operational users
• Respecting the automotive and health care regulations in term of organization and documentation
