• To assure consistent " beyond expectation" service delivery across the entire organization
• First point of contact with guests
• Daily follow up on guest satisfaction & communication with all departments regarding guest satisfaction
• Daily inspection of entire building with focus on quality, functionality and cleanliness of all guest & public areas
• Organization of guest programs, parties & events
• Spearheading creation of new processes and programs to improve service levels

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and
German - Intermediate (B1)

Administrative and economic skills

Business correspondence - advanced

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

•Advanced English and intermediate German is mandatory; additional language skills such as Italian, Russian and Arabic are welcome
• Minimum 3 years of work experience abroad in the hospitality area (e.g. guest relation, quality management, event organization, customer satisfaction…) is highly desirable
