Your daily tasks will include:
- Helping the customers with their product related issues
- Customer communication - incomming calls in english
- By using your knowledge about our products you can be also helpfull to fix the problems of your customers
After joining, you will be offered a sophisticated training system where you will learn more about IT, the company's products, how to help clients properly and efficiently, and many other things. These training sessions are conducted right in the company's office ( BRATISLAVA or KOŠICE ). And you might also be interested to know that during these trainings, the basic salary (min. 1250 EUR) is already running.
Oh, and after four months of employment, HomeOffice is also an option, but it all depends on the skill and performance of the employee :).
