Are you a natural leader who speaks German ? Do you want to boost your career within this field? If you already work in the financial area (AP/AR/ Team coordinator etc.) and aspire to become a Team leader this can be your chance!

Job content:
- Lead, hire and motivate the team of financial specialists (10-15 ppl)
- Monitor and report KPIs (invoice processing number and time)
- Resolve client´s escalations
- Actively seek and implement process improvements ideas and measures
- One on one team member evaluations

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) advanced
Knowledge of accounting standards and practices with focus on O2C, AR processes
Team leading / team coordinating experience (beneficial)
Fluency in German and English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem solving and conflict management
