Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the position
The primary purpose of this role is:
• Ensure Operational excellence and availability of Cloud Infrastructure Services
• 1st and 2nd level Support of Cloud Platform Services and alignment with vendor Support
• Incident, Change and Problem Management for Cloud Infrastructure Services according to SLAs
• Deployment and RBAC of cloud workloads
• Monitoring and alert management to ensure availability, DR and security of Cloud Infrastructure Services
• Automation and Orchestration of Cloud Infrastructure Services and Workloads

Principal responsibilities
Service Delivery
• Accountable that CIS Services are monitored, alerts forwarded to the responsible teams and finished in timely manner.
• Accountable services are provided automated, orchestrated, and processes tasks and workflows
• Ensure that all cloud resources are tagged, in CDMB with proper values and dependencies
• Accountable to manage relationship with Microsoft Support, coordinate Rapid Response Support team and other vendor support from Marketplace
• Ensure that workloads are designed with proper operations, backup and disaster recovery
• Accountable to deliver cloud services compliant, according to SOX and defined standards
• Timely delivery of Workload deployments according governance framework
• Participate On-Call Rota and work with the Service Owner to develop service coverage across time zones
• Collaborative relationship with other teams and staff, located inside as well as outside the Center
• Help execute the local strategy for delivering a service in alignment with the global IS strategy from the Center.

• Ensure process adherence and compliance to company procedures & policies
• Ability to think, plan and execute within defined policies and objectives
• Ability to deal with process exceptions effectively – showing flexibility, good judgement, service orientation and risk management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Be well-informed of, updated with and ensure adherence to applicable anti-trust and competition rules of the company

(ii) make a record of the disclosure and its rejection in the meeting minutes,

Required key skills (functional/technical)
• Scripting and development skills in a fully pipelined DevOps environment on VS-Code Platform
• Very good developer skill in coding languages: Angular, PowerShell, Java Script, .Net, Terraform, Bicep or similar
• Technical know-how & hands-on experience on Public Cloud Services (Azure, AWS)
• Awareness of the IS strategy and how different teams integrate and interact (market standard best practice)
• Knowledge of trends and developments in the information technology area. In depth knowledge of trends and developments within own IT subject area.
• Technical know-how & hands-on experience on Windows and Linux Server Platforms
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills (English Must) both written and spoken
• Good presentation skills
• Good planning and organizational skills. Handling Conflicts and working across Teams inside company and with external Vendors & partner resources
• Excellent Customer service skills - ability to understand, influence and support customer needs by applying previous knowledge/ experience resulting in mutually agreed plan of action
• Strong understanding of support, maintenance and development framework and processes followed in company
Required qualifications/experience
Qualification
• A degree or equivalent from a reputed institute
• Certification in Microsoft Infrastructure Technologies is highly desirable
• Certification in Linux Infrastructure Technologies is desirable

• Certification in Microsoft Azure Cloud Technologies is highly desirable
• Certification in AWS Cloud Technologies is highly desirable

Experience
• Should have overall 3 - 5 years of relevant IT experience working with reputed companies
• Deep technical expertise in a specific area or broad experience of multiple areas related to the Service being delivered
• Experience in working in both onshore and offshore team in relevant technology area
• Preferred prior experience/ observed potential in managing Team
• Experience of Technical Management of medium to large scale Project
