Do you consider yourself a communicative person who can fix the issues as they arise? Would you like to start your work in the afternoon? Become a Customer Care Representative in Shared Service Center in Bratislava.
The training will be both virtual (1st month) and then you will continue in office (2nd and 3rd month), whereas whether your work designation - Office or HomeOffice - will depend on your availability and performance.

- handling incoming calls
- solution of technical problems by phone, remotely
- technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction
- - work 9-hour shifts (1 hour lunch break)between 11am and 5am the next day
