We are looking for helpline agent who speaks fluent Dutch for our TOP client! If this is you, this would be your job:
- telephone and e-mail contact no sale of products
- know current customer needs, overview of orders, making changes based on requirements
- pro-active problem solving and elimination of deficiencies in the process
- update data to the database a reporting
- participating in projects aimed at improving communication and customer satisfaction
