Job content:
- Administrative support for the procurement department (PO numbers and order processing, system administration etc.)
- Active communication with AP department, stakeholders or other clients regards to the data status, technical errors or orders)
- Ensurance of the compliance with internal procurement rules
- Preparation of the regular performance reports
- Cooperation on ad hoc tasks or projects within assigned agenda
