Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you enjoy talking in English? Would you like to be paid for doing so? Then become a Credit&Collections Specialist for the NORTH-AMERICAN customers.

Your daily tasks will include:
- Dealing with customer accounts and payments
- Directly contacting customers, checking if their invoice was received and providing support with payments
- Building perfect relationships with your customers
- Working time in 2 different shifts:
14.00 pm – 23.00 pm
19:00 pm - 04:00 am
- Also weekend shifts with fantastic uplifts (Saturday - 50% uplift per hour, Sunday - 100%  uplift per hour)
