(16 - 30 hours/week):

Dyson Customer Service Specialist, with following tasks:

- active listening, understanding the problems and needs and providing quick solutions
- promoting the brand and ensuring the best customer experience
- understaning the products, promoting the newest technologies and updates and engaging in conversation about the latest news with customers
- data entry and other admin tasks

Information about the recruitment process

- 16 - 30 hours/week in shifts during the operations time of the contact center:
afternoon shifts between 11:00 - 22:00 plus weekend shifts between 08:00-22:00
- extra payment for weekend shifts according to labour law
- induction training takes 4,5 weeks, during weekdays (Monday-Friday only), 09:00 - 18:00 - you need to attend the whole training
- you need to be present in the office for first 3 days of training (Wednesday-Friday) in Bratislava
- the rest of training -4 weeks can be taken remotely
