We are looking for skilled people to support the management of the European center for cost control and international transportation at the largest Slovak manufacturer of snacks.
If you want to establish yourself as a high-level customer service expert and as the leader of a coordination point between all stakeholders involved in Mondeléz International Transportation and build a career in Logistics, we will help you!

What do we expect from you?

• Uploading customer transport requests to I-Net system to ensure accuracy
• Effective use of the INET TMS and ensuring that the data is complete and updated in a timely manner
• Optimalization of the incoming transit
• Monitoring and tracking shipments from requests to delivery
• Managing and resolving transport related issues between customers and operators
• Management of claims and sanctions (Control and enforcement in accordance with agreed procedures)
• Providing support for the team (training and sharing knowledge with new or less experienced colleagues), (covering absences due to leave or illness)
• Providing excellent costumer service
• To be at the heart of all data and knowledge concerning markets and carries under their direct control (Providing a detailed explanation and analysis of the results achieved for monthly KPI reporting and active identification of actions and improvement projects)

Growth and implementation:

• Support for the projects with logistics operations and the load management center
• Implementation of traffic lanes and/or service providers and ensuring smooth start of operational changes
• Support for LCC projects in line with current company strategy

• 4 hours a day – Monday – Friday (Mondays and
Thursday are strongest days)
