For our client, brand-new Shared Services Center in Bratislava, we are looking for enthusiastic French-speakers to support customer inbound calls.
Would you like to speak French on daily basis? Is communication your passion? Are you time-flexible (working on shifts) and you also enjoy working from home? Send us your CV in English, or French!
What will you do?
• processing (only) inbound calls/e-mails/chat messages from existing and potential clients
• providing customers with help and advise them whenever necessary
• helping international customers with their requests adn enquiries
• providing customer support regarding technical issues, or any other problems
• processing feedbacks from customers, customer data processing in internal systems
• understaning the products, promoting the newest technologies and updates and engaging in conversation about the latest news with customers
