Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Medical Lead for Haematology/Immunology for our client - SOBI (Swedish Orphan Biovitrum) - biopharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases.
Place of work: Bratislava, or fully remote
Key Responsibilities:
• lead KOL engagement, planning and execution with relevant maintenance in CRM system in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner
• lead regional publication plan and regional medical affairs plan to assigned Sobi medicinal/medical device products and disease awareness programs
• lead effective and compliant data generation, interpretation and dissemination according to regional publication plan and regional medical affairs plan, including regional advisory boards, publications, training/educational projects and data generation activities
• provide scientific liaison support to Investigators currently involved in clinical trials
• generate key medical insights from KOLs/HCPs externally and affiliates internally and integrate into regional medical strategies or tactics
• provide scientific input and participate in local, regional and global medical and cross-functional initiatives
• lead training of defined internal stakeholder groups and knowledge sharing on the basis of emerging data in publications and congresses of assigned therapeutic area

• strong scientific/medical reading, presentation and communication skills
• experience in both pre-launch and launch activities
• existing engagement with KOL network in local country and/or internationally
• multi-stakeholder project management and leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget
• proactive and open minded person
