Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for HR Expert for our client, OMV Slovakia, a major global producer of oil and natural gas and innovative energy solutions for the petrochemical industry.

Your job duties will include:

• securing proper booking of all transport relevant data in SAP
• tracking contingent fulfillment of hauliers per terminal and manage deviations (internally and externally)
• tracking fulfillment/deviations of defined filling station/terminal structure with haulier
• preparing weekly reports and managing deviations adequately
• performing and managing the invoicing process (credit and debit notes) for haulier transportation costs
• supporting supply and primary logistics topics (black product terminal sourcing, throughput storage supply,…)
• preparaing analyses
• overall logistics department support
• covering holiday/absence for other employees from the department

Requirements for the employee

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

• office work experience is a must (Logistics/Supply Chain advantageous)
• suitable for fresh graduates, but student intern experience required
• fluent Hungarian is a MUST
• English & Slovak - at least B2 level
• technical and analytical mind
• MS Office, mainly Excel (incl. vlookup, pivots)
• responsible and reliable
• detail oriented
• common sense
