Process Engineer (Renewable Gas) with fluent English

We are looking for Process Engineer to join a new team of specialists. Our client is a global leader in energy recovery from waste.

Place of work: Bratislava or Levice (if Bratislava, training will be in Levice)

Job duties include:

- basic and detail engineering of systems, components & interfaces
- cross-system interface coordination with the technical project management and third parties
- preparation and issue of:
• detail calculations, PIDs, and engineering lists
• functional descriptions (logic diagrams) for the functionality programming in the plant control system (incl. factory inspection tests)
• the process systems main interlock list
• the risk analysis and HAZOP study
• the OM documentation and the operation manuals
• the process systems “as built” documentation after commissioning phase
- preparation & specification of instrumentation for the plant’s process systems
- preparation of the technical specifications for components and systems, technical evaluation of bids and joint selection of suppliers
- responsibility for the timely ordering of systems/lots
- plant process systems support and review during test phase
- active working on technical company standards; ensuring process engineering is done by company standards, guidelines, norms & regulations & comply with them
- supporting improvements & initiating change implementation
- acting as point of contact for process related issues & as product responsible for process systems and components
- project support after its handover
