Job description, responsibilities and duties

- support and administration of bidding events for different purchasing categories (raw materials, packaging, indirect materials)
- preparation of electronic tenders &auctions
- support and training on electronic tool for client Purchasers and Suppliers
- analysis and revise the results for purchasing teams
- reporting for partners, purchasing organization in headquarter

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • previous administration experience gained in an international enviroment is an advantage
  • excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP is an advantage
  • communication skills, high service orientation
  • self-organized person with attention to detail
