Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for motivated professional with operations management experience. SSC backround is an atvantage.

Your tasks will include:
• Manage the partner governance and develop partner performance
• Act as a point-of contact and escalation channel for the unit finance process specialists & business to solve the issues
• Manage the centralized finance transactions delivery
• Work closely with the BPO team to monitor and improve performance, ensuring continuous improvement, help solving process issues
• Initiate process development ideas to the Global Process Owners (GPO)
• Help GPOs drive end-to-end process development projects
• Traveling (estimation: monthly within Europe, twice a year outside of Europe)

Personality requirements and skills

- Min 5 years leadership and/or process performance management experience
- Experience of working with BPOs (business process outsourcing service providers), managing their performance in client organization, preferably in Finance
- Service Management experience
- Understanding of finance processes and transactions
- Leadership skills (in matrix)
- Problem solving skills
- Continuous improvement mindset; experience e.g from lean, six sigma & quality management
- Work experience in multicultural environment
