Job description, responsibilities and duties

Seeking a self-motivated individual to join Natural Gas Trading company with a focus on commercial arrangements, physical and financial trading and supply of natural gas and electricity. The position supports company core values of Maximizing Value and Growth through excellence in commercial decision making, execution, and business development in EU Markets.


Responsibilities

• Supports and executes the buy, sell Natural Gas and electricity
• Develops and executes natural gas trading within established risk limits to meet budget.
• Find supply for Natural gas and Electricity
• Conclude EFETS and contract agreements
• Apply for European VTPs
• Maybe travel in europe to meet counter parties for EFETs and business develpment
• Creates trade positions to capture synergies and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Coordinates with Scheduling staff to provide information and monitor product scheduling, associated balancing activities.
• Develops strong business cases by identifying, obtaining and evaluating relevant information in support of energy supply and sales efforts, reliability and other commercial optimization efforts.
• Performs thorough economic analyses, modeling and financial evaluation of opportunities.
• Develops, identifies and evaluates commercial, risk mitigation, financial and communication processes to assess for applicability within company: to minimize risk and maximize value.

- We are looking for a person who have knowledge and experience at least 2-3 years in the European Gas market and also Power/electricity Market
- knowledge in trading in EU market
